Location was excellent - shopping areas 10-15mins by rikshaw (which the concierge organised); airport shuttel service worked very well. We were met at the airport and the journey to the hotel took about 30minutes. Very quiet location and safe to walk around, Gulshan lake just across the road where you can walk around for exercise! Breakfast had good choice of Bengali and Continetal dishes, good service from the Breakfast Staff every morning; egg station manned very well. Room service food ordered was surprisingly good. Additional help organising car with chauffeur for day trips (extra cost but all the drivers and cars were good so well worth it). Rooms had AC with comfortable beds and were quiet. There is a lift to higher floors from reception.

Insane value for money. Extremely helpful staff, safe location in Dhaka for westerners and extremely comfortable. If you are a foreigner coming to Dakha, come here and they will help you with anything.

I stay there 25 Dec 2022 to 28 Dec.2022. It was neat and clean in a good location. Staff are very friendly. For request of illish fish in reception they informed me one guy who also work on that hotel..He was very friendly and brought testy fish for us with a good packing.

Excellent service. Clean and warm atmosphere. The staff was always helpful and respectful. Impressive breakfast buffet. Complimentary airport shuttle. They helped assist our grandmother regularly. Willing to re-heat our fridge food and deliver it to our room. Adjusted our breakfast according to our requests (fruit variety, omelet, tea, etc.). Very patient and hospitable.
